Roper Electric Dryer Not Heating

Apr 13, 2009 My roper dryer has no heat it turns on but no heat I had a dryer repair guy come in and he said it was the timer he charged me $65.00 to come out So I ordered the timer and installed it and still no heat my breaker is fine I have 240v at the plug it seems the heater is not turning on any ideas.
